Nursery and Reception children had a fantastic trip to Guisborough Woods. They made leaf crowns, made Gruffalo or fairy tea, and played parachute games. They then discovered that the Gruffalo may have been in the woods as the Gruffalo teas had been drunk! The children also had fun in the play area. A brilliant trip with brilliant children!
The children have been taking part in lots of Halloween-themed activities. They scooped out pumpkins, went on a scavenger hunt, made a huge spider web outside, and tackled the spider web finger gym!
Nursery and Reception children took part in 'World Nursery Rhyme Week'. They learnt 'Incy Wincy Spider', 'Sleeping Bunnies', 'Wind the Bobbin up', 'Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes', and 'Down in the Jungle'. They enjoyed taking part in lots of different activities throughout the week.
